When will I pay for my goods.
The debit to your card is made at the time of order and goods are dispatched the same day if in stock. If the items are to be delayed for any period we will contact you via email or telephone to advise. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil and order we refund the card on the same day.
How much Postage is Payable on My Order ?
We try at all times to provide value for money so are charging a low rate of postage to be one of the most competitive in the market place. Our postage rates are as follows:
£0-£30 - postage £2.5
£30.01 - £100 postage £3.50
£100.01 plus Postage £5.95
We will also deliver anywhere else in the world and would ask that if you are a US resident you use the USA checkout. If Non UK please use the Non UK checkout. Postage is charged at £15 per order to all destinations outside of the UK.
We send all light orders (under 1KG) via Royal Mail first class. If over 1KG to 1.75kg in weight we will use either 48 hour courier or royal mail parcel post. If the order is over £100 in value we will send it by Recorded first class delivery or courier service delivery within 48 hours from dispatch. We aim to have all deliveries made within 28 working days. Most deliveries we make are quicker than this but we will notify you by telephone or email if there is likely to be a delay of any kind.
If you wish to have an item delivered next day we would ask you call the shop and we will make arrangements for this and there may be an additional cost.
Timescales on Delivery of non stock held Items
Tamarack is an Independent shop that tries to stock as wide a range as possible. As we aim to offer the best possible service, we provide access to generally the whole range available in each brand, rather than simply just what we stock in store in Garstang. As a result we may need to order your items in. We will always advise the timescales likely for each order by return email but further information can be found by looking at the following page
We can deliver your goods to any address within the UK including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We can also accept BFPO orders. We also deliver around the world to all destinations with the exception of Korea and Malaysia.
Selecting your home address
The delivery address will automatically default to the billing address associated with your payment card, which is usually your home address.
Selecting an alternative address
Should you wish to send the goods to an alternative address, you can specify this in the delivery address form as you proceed through the checkout. This can be a residential or business address.
Once your goods have been dispatched you will normally receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way. Your goods will be delivered by one of three methods depending on the size of the parcel.
What if I wish to return an Item ?
We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website . If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product excluding postage paid on order, providing it is in a saleable, unused condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item requires an exchange for size we will do this at no additional postage cost. We do ask that you return the item to us at your own cost.
If there is a fault on the item we will refund the cost of your postage. Any fault will be dealt with by returning the item to the manufacturer and getting this repaired or replaced as appropriate and returned to you as quickly as possible.
